Heat Transfer Vinyl or T-Shirt Vinyl is a polyurethane, ready-to-cut custom garment decoration film. Although commonly referred to as a heat transfer or t-shirt vinyl, it is actually a heat transfer film or material that has no adhesive backing.

Heat transfer vinyl is easily cut by using a vinyl cutter or even by hand using an normal knife. The excess material is then weeded, and then the Heat Transfer Vinyl is adhered to your substrate by a heat press or an iron.
